For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Quality Assurance Analyst with Italian or Spanish.

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Quality Assurance Analyst with Italian or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and monitor sales agent performance to ensure high-quality service;
- Conduct monthly quality audits and share actionable feedback;
- Provide coaching and support to help agents improve and succeed;
- Prepare clear QA reports and share insights with stakeholders;
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and training;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on quality initiatives;
- Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistent standards.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in Quality Assurance or sales performance monitoring;
- Experience in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, or digital/telemarketing sales;
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques;
- Skilled in analyzing data and solving problems effectively;
- Comfortable using CRM systems and QA monitoring tools;
- Excellent communicator with coaching and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish and good command of English.
