For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Program Lead (BPO).

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Sales Program Lead (BPO).
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the program in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager to meet business goals;
- Collaborate with QA, Coaching, and WFM to maintain high quality and performance standards;
- Identify market opportunities and revenue drivers to guide focus areas;
- Execute and support sales activation plans, ensuring teams are trained and coached;
- Manage incentive programs (SPIFs) and track their impact;
- Contribute to recovery plans and ensure continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales-focused operations, preferably in online advertising or SMB sales;
- 5+ years managing BPO teams in a results-driven environment;
- Strong understanding of program strategy and sales performance management;
- Skilled at analyzing data to derive actionable insights;
- Experience coaching and developing junior sales teams;
- Fluency in English, solid knowledge of advertising solutions and SMB market needs.
