For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Sales Performance Advisor with Spanish or French or German and English (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Sales Performance Advisor with Spanish or French or German and English (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Engage prospects and clients via phone, email, video calls, and social media;
- Identify key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and targeted outreach;
- Qualify and nurture leads to ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding teams;
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure;
- Build lasting relationships through consistent, value-based communication;
- Keep CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) accurate and up to date;
- Track and analyze performance data to stay on top of sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish, French or German, plus excellent English skills;
- Over 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in tech or digital advertising;
- Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and increase client budgets;
- Strong consultative and strategic selling approach;
- Clear, confident communicator with persuasive presentation skills;
- Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity, confidence, and persuasion;
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for lead and pipeline management.
