About TTEC: The Logistics Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the hands‑on execution of daily fulfillment and shipping activities within the Logistics Depot. This role focuses on packing, staging, shipping, and handling equipment and materials to support new hire deployments, replacements, and returns.
What You’ll be Doing: As a Logistics Assistant you will work on various issues related to the logistics support of our customers ensuring all tasks and requests are processed on time and in compliance with the highest standards of quality. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

What You’ll be Doing: As a Logistics Assistant you will work on various issues related to the logistics support of our customers ensuring all tasks and requests are processed on time and in compliance with the highest standards of quality. On a typical day, you’ll:
- Pack, stage, and prepare equipment and materials for outbound shipments;
- Perform physical handling of equipment, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory;
- Receive, process, and maintain returned assets, including cleaning, inspection, and basic refurbishment in accordance with established standards;
- Assist with equipment testing and validation as directed to confirm functionality prior to redeployment or storage;
- Scan and record equipment asset tags during inbound and outbound processing to ensure accurate inventory tracking and asset accountability;
- Support inventory organization by ensuring assets are properly labeled, scanned, and stored in designated locations.
