The Sales Operations Specialist will participate, coordinate and support commercial processes and perform the role of SAP Key user, reporting to the Marketing and Business Analysis Manager.

Position Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist will participate, coordinate and support commercial processes and perform the role of SAP Key user, reporting to the Marketing and Business Analysis Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in conducting and analyzing Sales and Production data, preparing relevant reports and presentations;
- Contribute to defining KPIs and supporting managers in monitoring, calculating, and reporting performance;
- Organize and participate in internal weekly and monthly meetings;
- Coordinate the department’s communication with other internal stakeholders (Operations, Production Planning, Controlling, HR, etc.);
- Conduct research on predefined strategic matters, utilizing both internal and external (online) sources;
- Support various marketing projects and initiatives across the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data;
- Team player with clear and effective communication skills;
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude;
- Organized, with a keen eye for detail;
- Professional curiosity and willingness for self-development;
- Eager to learn and collaborate on cross-functional projects;
- Capable of handling complex tasks independently.
- University degree (business, economics, or similar profile);
- Very good command of English;
- MS Office /proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/;
- Experience in a similar position and with ERP systems would be an advantage;
- Marketing-related degree or skills would be an advantage.
