“Sapir” Bulgaria is a leading company in the field of the small home appliances and household products. Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are searching for a new colleague to join us as “Sales Manager – International Markets”.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international sales plans for B2B and B2C growth;
• Build and manage relationships with Key accounts, Distributors, and Retailers in assigned territories;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s reach and distribution;
• Negotiate pricing agreements, terms of payment and delivery to meet sales and margin targets.
• Prepares contracts according to approved general terms of export;
• Collaborate with rest departments to align promotions and offerings;
• Monitoring the shipments to ensure high service levels;
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management;

Requirements:

• Degree in International Business, Finance or any other related field;
• Practical experience in a similar position;
• Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies;
• Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation;
• Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations;
• Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes;
• Proficiency in English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
