SP AUDIT ltd is a licensed intermediary for Bulgaria and abroad.

For our trusted client, international manufacturing company, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the international sales team and drive revenue growth. This strategic role requires a proven leader who can develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and inspire team members to exceed targets. The ideal candidate will combine excellent leadership skills with a deep understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and professional development
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for team members and monitor progress regularly
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive sustainable growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer experience
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with major clients
  • Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilized and data is accurately maintained
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Proven sales experience;
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics;
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-focused mindset;
  • Willingness to travel as required.
