Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and professional development
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for team members and monitor progress regularly
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive sustainable growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer experience
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with major clients
- Ensure CRM systems are effectively utilized and data is accurately maintained
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Proven sales experience;
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics;
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-focused mindset;
- Willingness to travel as required.
