About the role

As a Sales Manager at Hilton, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend and implement strategies that position the hotel as a leader in the marketplace. Your focus will be on driving future and repeat business while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

What will I be doing?

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
  • Develop customer accounts and actively travel within the local area to drive business to the hotel/cluster and increase market and customer share across all revenue streams
  • Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social media channels
  • Prepare and manage company contracts in line with current business needs and pricing strategies
  • Work within current business strategies while identifying potential new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs
  • Attend sales events, as required
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including appointments, calls made, and business leads
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage team performance in line with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, manage, and develop members of the Sales Team

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field
