For one of our clients – an international company, known for its wide variety of products, including clothing, household items, and electronics, we are on a search for seasoned, determined and sales-savvy people, for the role of Sales Manager - Sofia Area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned stores;
• Analyze market trends and develop tailored sales strategies;
• Manage trade marketing activities and regional budgets;
• Lead negotiations with current and potential clients;
• Oversee Distributor’s Sales Representatives and Merchandisers;
• Implement promotional campaigns in the Modern Trade channel.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role (FMCG sector);
• Degree in Business/Economics (preferred);
• Strong knowledge of traditional & modern trade channels;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel;
• Fluent English and excellent MS Office skills.
