Mission: We are looking for a strategic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our targeted outbound sales initiatives, focusing on expanding customer purchases through carefully selected segmentation of our existing database.

You will be leading an international team of approximately 40 sales agents, shaping the outbound sales strategy, and driving measurable success in a competitive market. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a results-driven mindset to exceed revenue goals while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across global markets.

Key responsibilities:



  • Design and implement innovative outbound sales strategies to unlock new revenue streams;
  • Inspire, mentor, and motivate a team of talented sales agents, cultivating a culture of excellence;
  • Use data and key performance metrics to track progress, identify opportunities, and drive improvement;
  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals;
  • Provide clear, actionable reports and forecasts to senior management, ensuring alignment on targets and outcomes;
  • Identify, hire, and onboard top-performing sales professionals while providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities;
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness;
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep the team at the forefront of the market.


Main requirements:

  • Proven leadership: A proven track record of leading high-performing teams with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive results;
  • Sales expertise: Deep knowledge of outbound sales techniques and CRM platforms;
  • Analytical acumen: A data-driven mindset with the ability to set and exceed sales targets;
  • Outstanding communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster relationships and close deals;
  • Industry experience: Familiarity with the cleaning services industry is a plus.
