Responsibilities:
- Inspire, lead, and elevate a high-performing sales team to consistently surpass ambitious targets;
- Translate performance data into clear insights, identifying opportunities and driving
- Champion a culture of coaching through impactful 1:1 sessions and engaging team trainings
- Foster talent growth by recognizing potential, developing strengths, and building future leaders;
- Ensure exceptional customer experience standards while optimizing daily sales operations;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, efficiency, and overall team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of leadership experience with a strong foundation in managing and developing teams;
- 3+ years of professional experience, including hands-on success in outbound or digital sales environments;
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and building consistently high-performing teams;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions;
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels;
- Fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency in CRM platforms and sales performance tools.
