- Sales Export Manager – Mid-level
- Junior Sales Export Manager – Entry level
Employment Type: Full-time
? Key Responsibilities:
- Seeks opportunities for business development of the export markets.
- Utilizes sales and marketing tools to create brand awareness in the export market.
- Proactively searches and contacts potential new clients.
- Builds relationships with clients. Direct negotiations with large retail chains abroad.
- Participates and presents the company on specialized international exhibitions.
- Forecasts sales targets and makes sure they are met. Analyzes large amounts of data, manages KPIs and defines tactics to reach our monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
- For Sales Export Manager: 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG business (export orientation would be an advantage).
- For Junior Sales Export Manager: 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG business (export orientation would be an advantage).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication, presentation and influencing skills–effective leader and motivator.
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
- Results driven with the ability to prioritize major strategic initiatives and balance with day-to-day accountabilities.
- Familiarity with basic financial principles.
- Perfect knowledge of English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus.
- Possibility to go on business trips when necessary and participating to fairs.
