For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Sales Enablement Specialist with German.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging apps;
• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and accurately;
• Assist B2B and B2C clients with pre-sales, technical issues, and general questions;
• Escalate complex cases following clear procedures;
• Collaborate with the team to resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support or call center environment, handling B2B and B2C clients;
• Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2);
• Excellent at solving problems and providing top-notch customer support;
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities;
• Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback, and driven to grow and improve continuously.
