"Alliance Print" is one of the largest and fastest growing printing houses in Bulgaria. As a private company, it has been operating since 2001, inheriting the long-standing experience and traditions of the printing base of BTA. The printing house is a leader in the Bulgarian market in the production of high-quality printing products. The main production groups include packages, advertising materials, leaflets and applications, brochures, leaflets, posters, catalogues, magazines, books, etc.

About the position: Your primary responsibility as a Sales Development Representative is to generate new business opportunities for Alliance Print. In this role, you represent it as the first point of contact with its ideal potential customers. The responsibilities include researching markets, segmenting potential clients, reaching out to them using outbound methods (emails, phone, social), helping secure and close the deal, and taking part in the account management process afterward.

What will you be doing day to day:
  • Engage executives and C-level prospects in target accounts via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email to generate sales opportunities;
  • Work with sales tools, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems;
  • Reach out to clients' prospects on the client’s behalf via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling;
  • Handling responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, and follow-ups;
  • Managing multiple clients;
  • Ensure your database is updated and contains relevant prospect information;
  • Be a credible resource and develop a trusted relationship with your client;
  • Participate in team meetings, client events, and ongoing training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business study/ or any other;
  • Responsible, positive, and proactive attitude to work;
  • Determined to achieve sales goals consistently;
  • Experience in market research, industry reports, and articles to extract market insight will be considered a plus;
  • A person that loves relationship-building and enjoys problem-solving;
  • A person who approaches sales open-mindedly;
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian.
Previous experience in B2B sales will be considered a plus. Foreign language skills English, German, French, Italian or Dutch will be considered a plus.
