Are you ready to break new ground with us? Then join us and help us strengthen our Commercial Team as a Sales Development Representative in our Sofia office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Entrepreneurial, sales-driven mindset with a strong “hunter” attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in engaging with international professionals and conveying value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborative team player who understands the importance of collective success.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is preferred.
  • Strong business-level in English, German and/or French are required.
  • Ability to operate in a high-pressure sales environment with a proactive approach.
  • Ambitious about career development within cleversoft’s international sales team.
  • Motivated by performance-driven success with opportunities for growth.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects and clients across Europe.
  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person).
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the Business Development and Account Management teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support cross-company campaigns.
  • Assist in ensuring existing clients are informed about new beneficial services.
  • Generate high-quality leads weekly by identifying prospect needs in the financial industry.
  • Coordinate lead allocation and planning with the supervisor, business development, and presales teams.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of cleversoft’s solutions and their benefits for the financial industry.
