Sales Assistant with English and Spanish Based in Sofia, Ref. # MT-SF-0424

Job Profile

The Sales Assistant is part of the Group Trading Company and serves as supporting function to the sales team. The Sales Assistant is responsible for coordinating day-to-day orders from customers, providing online and telephone assistance to customers, manage and update existing database with client’s details. The Sales Assistant would also take part in other areas within the domains of the Group Trading Company such as coordinating order confirmation for delivery and preparing documentation. The Sales Assistant will work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager, who will also act as his first line manager.

Your tasks:

  • Coordinate day-to-day orders from customers;
  • Provide telephone and electronic (e-mail) assistance to international customers;
  • Prepare order confirmations for delivery;
  • Follow up transfer receptions in coordination with management;
  • Work in coordination with the production plant;
  • Provide sufficient information and feedback from clients;
  • Manage and update the existing database with clients details;
  • Maintain process flow in the office when needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics;
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience on an administrative role;
  • High service attitude and strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Power Point), an advantage will be SAP S/4HANA experience;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic and organized personality.
