For one of our clients, an international trading company, we are looking for a motivated and energetic office and sales assistant, who will be responsible for delivering correct, customized and analyzed sales information and will support all teams of the company in every day activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day office administration activities;
  • Support the sales, marketing, and online store teams with a complex analysis of the available sale
data;
  • Find solutions by involving data from multiple resources;
  • Supporting the company members with business trips and teambuilding organization;
  • Prepare and conduct different reports, bank operations, payments for facility services, and supply with office materials and consumables;
  • Supporting the accounting department with the documents /contracts, invoices/ turnover;
  • Support the company members with different administrative activities such: as business trip reports, bank operations, payments for facility services and etc.
  • Communicating with the vendors and partners of the company;
  • Etc.
The requirements:
  • Higher education (Economics/Marketing or similar);
  • 2+ years of proven successful experience in a similar role;
  • Good Excel and MS Office knowledge;
  • High personal and professional responsibility;
  • Self-motivated and driven;
  • Good English knowledge;
  • Ability to work with stakeholders;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Team player;
