We need your skills and experience to help our team of masterminds perform even better while supporting our internal and external customers and creating innovative IT solutions.
Your daily routine would include:
- Developing and automate complex new business processes or enhance/change existing solutions to meet the requirements of the identified processes for automation;
- Using of Blue Prism as a platform for RPA;
- Using APIs/REST Services where available and prioritize this solution before frontend automation;
- Integrating the automation solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless operation;
- Handling reported defects within the agreed SLAs;
- Testing and deployment of automation workflows or defects, following Change Management, Security and & SOX rules;
- Creating and maintaining documentation on Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy;
- Supporting RPA maintenance activities.
- Working closely with the other members of the team, following the Agile and Scrum methodology and sprints.
- Experience with RPA Development using BluePrism and/or UiPath;
- Experience with xls macros and programming/software development such as REST Services, SQL,
- Python, Java, Javascript, VBA and/or .Net will be considered as an advantage;
- Basic to medium SQL knowledge;
- Problem-solving skills – to be able to troubleshoot technical issues;
- Attention to detail;
- University degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other technical education;
- Fluency in English.

- High level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude;
- Strong communication, technical writing and presentation skill;
- Coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations;
- Analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause;
- Solution-oriented and quality-conscious way of work and assure delivery within estimated timelines;
- Ability to provide quick resolution for issues after go-live phase.
