Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria is growing. You will be able to work with different teams within the PHOENIX Group in Europe. You will have the chance to participate in the development of projects and products that are diverse, visible, interesting, and for the public welfare and health. We are looking for a Risk Management Intern to join our international team in Sofia.

What You’ll Learn:

• Hands-on experience in identifying and mitigating risks that can impact an organization’s operations.
• How to conduct risk assessments, develop business continuity plans, and manage real-world scenarios to ensure business resilience.
• From analyzing potential vulnerabilities to participating in simulated crisis response exercises, this role will give you invaluable skills to excel in the fields of risk management and organizational continuity.

Tasks You’ll Take On:

• Collaborate with different departments/countries to identify critical business functions and potential risks.
• Assist in designing and testing strategies that keep operations running during disruptions.
• Participate in risk assessments and implementation of risk assessment tool.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field in economics (recent graduates or final-year students preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of risk management or business continuity concepts.
• Attention to detail and time-management.
• Working hours: 4 or 6 hours per day.
