Revenue Analyst

The only representative if the Kempinski in Bulgaria is open year-round and comprises 157 Alpine-style rooms and suites, superb conference facilities, lavish dining services, three restaurants and five bars and an award-winning spa center. We are currently looking for a motivated and creative eCommerce and Digital Marketing Executive to boost our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and maximize revenue. This role involves a wide range of marketing activities, from content and visual creation to website management, campaign execution and performance analysis. The overall scope of the Revenue Analyst is to assist the Director of Revenue Management to position our lovely property and its outlets as the market leader through the online distribution channels as well as to ensure compliance with the Kempinski’s brand. Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Distribution Management:
  • Manage the sales and pricing strategy across all online distribution channels, including the hotel website, third-party sites, and GDS, ensuring rate parity online.
  • Control room inventory and ensure channels are open for bookings for a minimum of 365 days.
  • Review and maintain room type descriptions, pricing, and content (e.g., translations, images) in relevant systems.
  • Attend all corporate and regional webinars to stay current on best practices.
  • Monitor market performance and prepare daily reports for direct management.
  • Closely monitor competitor activity (e.g., occupancy, structural changes, tariff promotions, marketing campaigns, etc.).
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations concerning the department’s performance.
  • Support the effective implementation and compliance with Kempinski Revenue Management standards and initiatives.
Reservations:
  • Daily check of reservation accuracy, rate compliance by segment/source.
  • Process and track payments daily for all online reservations and follow the internal credit policy.
  • Update all online reservations daily in the Property Management System (PMS) and other utilised systems.
  • Control the effective use of the customer database (Opera PMS) and ensure the database is continuously updated.
Partner & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with Online Travel Agency (OTA) Account Managers.
  • Review and maintain the hotel’s presence on OTAs, including content and image gallery.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski's service standards.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent English and Bulgarian language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical and Data Management Skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and competency to work effectively under pressure.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in revenue management, reservations, or distribution within the hospitality industry are plus.
  • Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), ideally Opera; Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and Channel Managers will be considered as an advantage.
