We are looking for a Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous relevant experience at least 2 years
• Excellent English - spoken and written
• Excellent computer literacy
• Sociable, tactful, positive, organized, easy going, and customer satisfaction oriented personality.

Your obligations:

• Communicate and examine degree of satisfaction of the guests and to create the necessary conditions for improving it
• Employ, plan, organize, and coordinate the activity of employees
• Ensure the compliance of quality standards, hygiene and safety
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and inventory
• Keep in contact with customers and attract new ones
• Monitor the strict application of the company principles, rules and standards, and compliance with the rules of internal labour
• Care for the continuously maintaining a good image of the hotel.
