We are looking for a Resident Maintenance/Service Engineer to support our mission of delivering excellence in the automotive and industrial sectors by ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the automated equipment.

We are looking for a Resident Maintenance/Service Engineer to support our mission of delivering excellence in the automotive and industrial sectors by ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the automated equipment.
Your role will include:
- Quickly respond to equipment fault reports by diagnosing issues remotely or on-site and implementing effective solutions to restore normal operation.
- Plan and perform regular maintenance to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
- Train client staff on the operation and preventive maintenance procedures for equipment.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Record service details and prepare summaries that help evaluate equipment performance and enhance after-sales strategies.
We’re looking for:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or after-sales service.
- Solid knowledge of 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, electrical systems, and automation tools as well as Siemens Simatic, PROFINET, etc.
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks, CAD software, EPLAN, and PLC programming.
- A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
