For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Reservations Assistance Agent with Swedish and English (standard shifts/remote).

For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Reservations Assistance Agent with Swedish and English (standard shifts/remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer assistance across multiple channels (calls, email, and chat);
- Handle travel-related inquiries including flights, hotels, and car rentals with care and precision;
- Address customer needs with patience, professionalism, and understanding;
- Stay informed about services and offerings to provide accurate information;
- Keep detailed records of interactions and solutions in the customer service system;
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction;
- Consistently meet or exceed targets related to response quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential;
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is a plus;
- Passion for travel and helping others create positive travel experiences;
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to work standard working time Monday till Friday;
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate support platforms and tools;
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
