Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations
- Performs all reservation services by making sure that these services are available and carried out with utmost efficiency
- Answers internal & external calls promptly and clearly with a courteous and friendly manner.
- Ensures that all guest requests are accurately serviced at all times.
- Takes room reservations effectively, efficiently and enters properly to the system
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationship
- Ensures that service and other standards are adhered to
- Ensures all relevant hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations are adhered to
- To be up to date with information on all hotel facilities and in-house activities
- Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments
- Maintains the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress and appearance
- Responds to changes in the reservation functions as dictated by the industry, company and hotel
Role Requirements:
- Successful track record of experience in reservation position
- Service and guest satisfaction-oriented personality
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, effective communication, and effectiveness in providing exceptional customer service
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Must be an advanced user of MS Office programs and knowledge of other hospitality systems (Opera) will be an advantage
- Hospitality degree and/or other relevant certificate or degree will be an advantage
- Fluent Bulgarian language
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential for this role
