Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the active recruitment process for various positions within the company
• Conduct research on recruitment trends, best practices, and potential candidate pools
• Review resumes and applications, and provide shortlists of suitable candidates
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across different platforms
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team

Requirements:

• A graduate or a student in the fields of psychology, human resources, business administration, technical, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a team
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and develop new skills
• Previous experience or interest in human resources will be considered an advantage
