Tasks

• Perform data analysis to support business tasks – increase sales, increase cross sales, improve antichurn.
• Gather data from different datasources, build reports and visualize data
• Crosschecking data from different datasources
• Deliver reports, dashboards and analyze them
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements
• Diggering in data to solve business tasks and improve sales efficiency
• Propose solutions based on analysis
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle (development, testing, go-live)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in reporting, BI, or analytics roles
• Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with data visualization and working with large, complex datasets
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to end to end manage task – from data analysis to needed implementations
• Good English
• Good to have experience in mass market business – a lot of customers, transactions (retail lending, insurance, retail sales, games
