For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Rental Customer Care Advisor with German or Danish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and hassle-free rental journey;
• Handle bookings, reservation updates, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency;
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service;
• Collaborate with different teams to resolve inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience;
• Maintain accurate booking records while ensuring high-quality service at every interaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent German or Danish skills, along with a good command of English;
• A customer-first attitude and excellent communication abilities;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Confidence working with computer systems and online reservation tools;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
