For one of our clients - a business solutions provider that supports public and private sector organizations in improving efficiency and delivering better customer experiences – Remote Sales Support Agent only with German (Part-time option).

For one of our clients - a business solutions provider that supports public and private sector organizations in improving efficiency and delivering better customer experiences – Remote Sales Support Agent only with German (Part-time option).
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs and provide tailored recommendations;
- Support the sales team by managing inbound sales inquiries and processing orders efficiently;
- Ensure accurate product information is communicated to customers, highlighting key selling points;
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional products to enhance the customer experience;
- Track sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring follow-up on potential leads
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent proficiency in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience in sales support, telesales, or a related customer-facing role is a plus;
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to drive sales through customer
- Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote environment;
- Experience with sales tools and platforms to track progress and manage customer
- A proactive, results-driven attitude, with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer
