Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering customers questions and offering relevant solutions in a timely manner;
- Approaching each case with interest and demonstrating understanding and care;
- Striving to provide a positive experience and ensuring customer happiness;
- Keeping accurate logs of each case for future reference;
- Up-keeping your knowledge of company’s services and products;
- Working closely with other colleagues and functioning as a part of the team.
Requirements:
- Great German, Hebrew or Czech and good English language skills;
- Strong communication skills and a friendly and open approach;
- Team-player attitude and drive to improve and provide a high-quality experience;
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time well;
- Flexible and able to adapt to different customer’s needs;
- Available to work on shifts and weekends.
