The Relocation Specialist will be responsible to support the relocation of people from EU and non-EU countries, to organize the administrative and paper work with the local government institutions, to conduct relocation classes, to book accommodation and flights, to organize the visa process for Concentrix and future employees, etc.

Role Specific:

  • Leads and handles the relocation process of people from non-EU- countries
  • Prepares, collects, submits and takes care about all necessary documents in order to ensure ensuing of non-EU working permits for the territory of Republic of Bulgaria
  • Ensures the translation, legislation, notary duplicates of all needed documents
  • Official representation in front of Labour Office, Migration Directorate of Interior Infares, respective embassy and the National Employment Agency
  • Mediator between the Real estate agencies and new hires as a main point of contact by searching and renting properties; preparation and revision of rental contracts
  • Supports the relocation process for EU- citizens
  • Conducts relocation classes
  • Books flights and accommodation
  • Administrates and process payments on time in the respective financial tool
  • Responsible for the whole visa and documentation process for Concentrix visitors
  • Take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client business controls requirements and policies.
  • Adheres to all Health and Safety regulations, internal Concentrix, IT and local policies and procedures
  • Understands and apply Business Controls, data privacy and security guidelines/regulations. Maintain Workstation Security at any time
  • Performs additional tasks according to business needs


Requirements:

Education

  • Relevant university degree


Working experience

  • Previous experience with relocation process for obtaining residence for the territory of Republic of Bulgaria
  • Legislation and compliance knowledge in the field
  • Previous experience in working with the local government institutions
  • Experience in a multinational environment would be appreciated


Language skills

  • Fluency in English language
  • Knowledge in second foreign language is an advantage


PC skills

  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications, IE
  • Experience with Lotus Notes is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and use of graphic design programs

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in a team
