Postbank is searching for a motivated Relationship Officer Factoring Clients.

The appropriate candidates must have:

• University degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration;
• Vere strong advantage will be experience as an accountant/senior accountant in private company or in financial institution as a factoring administrator;
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken;
• PC literacy (Word, Excel);
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Team player.

The main responsibilities for the position are:

• Processing of assignments, payments, remittances and other daily transactions;
• Daily communication with debtors, collection of account receivables and accounts reconciliation;
• Continuous contact with existing clients to manage and control of account receivables;
• Appraisal of supplier-debtor relationships;
• Communication with international partners and insurers;
• Administer proposal and approval protocols from committees; manage the documental archive of clients’ dossiers;
• Gather, administer and monitor the legal documentation in the factoring files.
