REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Pacific Region)

Position Overview:

In this role, you will lead and foster new customer relationships while keeping the existing ones to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration. You will be expected to plan and execute the sales strategy for your assigned geographic area (India), coordinate and attend road shows and conferences to present the company's product, and maintain up-to-date product training certifications.

Candidate Profile: The essential requirements for this vacancy:

We are looking for a self-motivated, independent, and high-performing individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications, knowledge, and experience:
  • A Bachelor's or higher University degree in (Electrical) Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of technically complex products/systems through a consultative sales approach within the relevant industry (preferably electrical engineering, industrial segment, etc.) for customers in India;
  • Experience with Tap Changers and/or Transformers as products for sale;
  • Knowledge of electric power utilities, related Transformer OEM companies;
  • Strong communication skills in your native language and English (both written and verbal);
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, employees, and management at all levels.
  • Experience in structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels, including the C-suite.
  • Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (about 50% of the time).
