Legrand Bulgaria is seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to promote their brand, products, and solutions in South Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the distribution network, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Legrand Bulgaria is seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to promote their brand, products, and solutions in South Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the distribution network, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Legrand’s image, products, and solutions in the Bulgarian market, with a focus on South Bulgaria.
- Develop and manage the allocated distribution network and propose new distributors.
- Identify potential business opportunities and projects to enhance Legrand’s market presence.
- Implement business strategies to secure projects and support partners throughout project stages.
- Oversee product sales development, including pricing, technical support, and execution.
- Assist in expanding the distribution network and coordinating promotional activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- Provide marketing insights and updates on competitor movements.
- Regularly update and maintain the customer database.
- Plan and execute activities, ensuring a minimum of 25 visits or project specifications per week.
- Submit weekly reports and maintain confidentiality of commercial information.
- Ensure proper handling of company assets and adhere to company policies.
- Travel frequently within the designated region.
- Electrical degree or work experience in electrical industry
- Strong commercial experience and attitude.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in electrical products or related industries, B2B and project business experience are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Bulgarian market, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Bulgarian; English proficiency is a must.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
