As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will be leading the sales operations within a specified region for the pharmaceutical portfolio. The RSM will oversee and guide the sales team, implement strategies to increase market penetration, grow revenue, and meet or even exceed sales plans. This role requires a deep understanding of the generic pharmaceutical market, team leadership, key account management, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in sales volume, market share, and profitability within the region.
- Manage and lead a team of medical representatives, ensuring they meet individual and regional sales plans. Recruit, train and develop sales force to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, djusting tactics as necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders incl. healthcare professionals in the region.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, identify opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly concerning pharmaceutical compliance and ethics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, people management experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical market and industry dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working level of English
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region & valid driver’s license.
