For one of our clients - a leading European coffee brand, known for innovation and a strong international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and proactive candidates for the role - Regional Sales Executive – FMCG.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Increase sales by reaching monthly targets in your assigned stores using smart and creative
- Monitor and understand market trends in your area to plan effective sales and marketing activities;
- Create and run promotion plans for your customers to help them sell more and perform better;
- Manage the regional trade marketing and BTL budgets to get the best results;
- Build and keep strong relationships with current and new clients through good
- Guide and support distributor sales reps and merchandisers so they perform well in the field.
Requirements:
- Proven FMCG sales experience with solid merchandising expertise;
- English proficiency B1–B2 level;
- Comfortable with Excel and other MS Office tools to support daily sales activities;
- University degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach;
- Willingness to travel frequently for short trips; valid driving license required.
