Regional Sales and Aftersales Manager Job description Toyota Balkans is authorized distributor for Toyota & Lexus brands for the markets of Bulgaria, North Macedonia & Albania.

REGIONAL SALES AND AFTER-SALES MANAGER

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

The Regional Sales and After-sales Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting and negotiating with customers, for the implementation of the regional sales plan and for compliance with the manufacturer's standards in the geographical region assigned to him.

Main Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the implementation of budget goals, sales goals, goals in after - sales activity and the attraction of corporate clients for the dealer network, related to its allocated territory in accordance with the principles, values and policies of the company, through the effective application of local and international commercial practices.

· Number of orders, sales, market share and sales funnel performance are the key factors for measuring sales performance of new and used cars. The turnover of spare parts against the number of paid visits to the Mechanical workshop and the number of paid visits to the Body and Paint workshop are the main indicators for measuring the performance in terms of after-sales activity.

· Maintains contact with customers and our business partners (dealers) in the assigned region

· Helps to increase sales to corporate clients and expand the network of corporate clients.

· Facilitates and assists in the preparation of the business plan of all partners in his assigned region, working in coordination with the Customer Experience department.

· Implements the process of communication with the dealer network and maintains effective contact with the management team of the dealerships to implement the commercial policy and plans of Toyota Balkans. He/she is the main communication link with the partner organizations in the distribution network.

· Tracks the implementation of the monthly, quarterly and annual targets of the business partners (dealers) in the assigned region with regard to concluded financing and insurance ( F&I) contracts

· Tracks the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets of business partners (dealers) in the assigned region in terms of tools to improve efficiency and customer experience in after sales (AFS)
