About the Role: Regional Manager Architectural Solutions

As Regional Manager, Architectural Solutions you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers in your assigned region, increasing sales, monitoring market trends and negotiations, while demonstrating excellent communication skills and sales knowledge.

Your Responsibilities – Navigate Beyond the Conventional:

Actively promoting the company's products and services, emphasizing their importance and application in architectural projects.

Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, architects, specifiers, builders, and investors.

Preparing and conducting presentations of architectural solutions to the company's clients, architects, specifiers, builders, and investors.

Preparing offers, participating in negotiations, and concluding contracts with clients.

Preparing and offering site proposals and framework contracts.

Realizing sales by winning projects in the region, according to set targets.

Identifying new projects and potential customers.

Analyzing sales in the region and preparing proposals to improve commercial activities.

Managing the sales funnel.

Ideal Candidate Profile – A Visionary Beyond Limits:

Experience in sales and marketing is a must

Experience in architectural solutions sales or in the construction industry is an advantage

Education in architecture, construction or related field is an advantage

Experience in sales funnel management and working with CRM systems

Computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office/ Google-Suite

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Driver's license category B - active driver
