For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a driven professional for the mission of:

REGIONAL COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE EXPERT

The Mission: Lead the development, implementation and daily carrying out of all commercial excellence activities for the assigned territory (Bulgaria and West Balkans)

The Major Responsibilities Include:

• Carry out analysis of the market, the competitive environment and the efficiency of the company operations towards set targets;
• Analyse trends and possible risks for the company and propose preventing and corrective measures.
• Develop reporting system, define KPIs and metrics;
• Work with and integrate different sources of data to prepare regular and ad-hock reports and offer business solutions;
• Participate in tracking and evaluation of the performance of the sales force;
• Participate in setting of sales force targets and bonus calculations;
• Suggest, develop and implement methods for improving company planning and reporting processes and ensuring effective data sourcing;
• Provide necessary information for planning, budgeting and forecasting needs;
• CRM system management;

Experience required:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience as business analyst preferably in a Pharmaceuticals or FMCG business;
• Experience in working with CRM system and Sales Force Effectiveness;
• Experience in development and implementation of reporting systems and business solutions;

Qualification and skills:

• University degree in Business or another relevant field;
• Excellent knowledge of sales processes and organizations, ability to use data to identify improvement opportunities;
• Strong technical background and computer skills (Excell, Power BI, Tableau);
• Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills;
• Fluent knowledge of English;
