Grove Global Consult, a fast-growing international recruitment agency, is looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Trainee to join our vibrant team.
About the Role: As a Recruitment Trainee at Grove Global Consult, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, assisting with sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of international roles. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in HR and recruitment, build your professional network, and grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn Assist in coordinating interviews and updating our database Help write job ads and post them on different platforms Learn the ins and outs of the recruitment cycle What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English A team player with a proactive attitude Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field Attention to detail and good organizational skills Previous experience is a plus, but not required
