Main duties:

As a Recruiter, we would like to work with someone extremely responsible, as you will be the face of the company. Your main duties on the job would be the following:

• Communication with the candidates
• Performing interview
• Conducting company assessments
• Managing background and reference checks
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Determining staffing needs
