Due to the fast development of the company we are looking to hire a Recruitment and Selection Specialist as a part of our HR Department Team.
The Recruitment and Selection Specialist will be responsible, but not limited, to execute the following recruitment functions:

Due to the fast development of the company we are looking to hire a Recruitment and Selection Specialist as a part of our HR Department Team.
The Recruitment and Selection Specialist will be responsible, but not limited, to execute the following recruitment functions:
- Definition of the job profile together with HR Director/ RT Director/ Client Operations Managers;
- Prepare the job ads and to identify the relevant sources to advertise;
- Initial pre-screening of the applications;
- Conduct interviews; test sessions and final interviews with the managers;
- Provide regular feedback to applicants, as well as to relevant managers;
- Use actively social media channels and attract passive candidates in order to ensure potential talents are in pipelines;
- Keep good relationships with universities, as well as staffing agencies and other vendors ;
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment fair at universities and other job fair events;
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or other related;
- Minimum two years working experience in Human Resources, especially in the area of Recruitment and Selection;
- Cross function thinking ;
- Experience in IT/ Marketing Industry will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent English;
- Good computer skills;
