Due to the fast development of the company we are looking to hire a Recruitment and Selection Specialist as a part of our HR Department Team.

The Recruitment and Selection Specialist will be responsible, but not limited, to execute the following recruitment functions:

• Definition of the job profile together with HR Director/ RT Director/ Client Operations Managers;
• Prepare the job ads and to identify the relevant sources to advertise;
• Initial pre-screening of the applications;
• Conduct interviews; test sessions and final interviews with the managers;
• Provide regular feedback to applicants, as well as to relevant managers;
• Use actively social media channels and attract passive candidates in order to ensure potential talents are in pipelines;
• Keep good relationships with universities, as well as staffing agencies and other vendors ;
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment fair at universities and other job fair events;

In order to be a successful candidate you need:

• University degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or other related;
• Minimum two years working experience in Human Resources, especially in the area of Recruitment and Selection;
• Cross function thinking ;
• Experience in IT/ Marketing Industry will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent English;
• Good computer skills;
