We are currently searching for a trustworthy and reliable person to join the successful team of our Client at the position of Receptionist.
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact offering cheerful and friendly service to all company employees and visitors. Perform basic administrative tasks like handling a multi-line phone system, processing mail, overseeing incoming and outgoing packages, stocking supplies, letter and report writing. Maintain general department files, equipment and provide support for special projects as needed. This is a great place to build your career!
Skills Needed:
Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage Very Good English verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Very good computer literacy Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
