For one of our clients – a fast-growing real estate investment company – we are looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join their on-site team in Sofia. If you're driven, resourceful and have a solid track record in property sales and market research – this might be your next big move!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate residential properties for purchase – particularly new or soon-to-be-

permitted apartment projects;

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents and developers;
• Conduct market analysis and due diligence to support strategic acquisition decisions;
• Navigate the entire purchase process with confidence and independence.

Requirements:

• Background as a real estate agent or broker;
• Proven experience buying/selling apartments in Sofia;
• Deep knowledge of real estate regulations, permits and transaction processes;
• Strong sales skills and a self-driven attitude;
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
• Excellent level of English (both spoken and written).
