For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in eco-friendly material handling solutions, we are on a search for experienced, proactive and driven leaders for the role of R2R Team Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team, managing workload and performance;
• Ensure process SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and end-users to drive efficiency;
• Identify and implement process improvements;
• Handle complex queries and escalations;
• Support RTR process transitions and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance or business;
• 5+ years of experience on a similar position, including 1year in a supervisory RTR role;
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and ERP solutions;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills;
• Full professional proficiency in English.
