For a company with extensive experience and notable achievements in transport and infrastructure construction, we are looking to recruit a qualified Quantity Surveyor for an international project.

Key Responsibilities ⭕Preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, offers, and budget calculations for ongoing projects. ⭕Monitoring and controlling project-related expenses and costs during the execution of construction works. ⭕Maintaining effective communication with designers, suppliers, and other external partners. ⭕Ensuring the preparation, maintenance, and updating of all required technical documentation and reporting.

Candidate Requirements ✔️Professional experience in a construction company; participation in tender procedures or public procurement processes is considered an advantage. ✔️Excellent proficiency in Excel and/or specialized software such as CCS/WinCC. ✔️Strong technical competence and ability to work with project and technical documentation. ✔️Working proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Romanian will be considered an advantage.
