QUALITY MANAGER PRIVATE LABELS

The position offers the opportunity to engage deeply in the process of product listing, quality management, and supplier communication. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Participation in the process of listing private label products;
• Create and process documents related to the listing procedure;
• Preparation, approval, and maintenance of a database of product specifications;
• Communication with suppliers/manufacturers of private labels;
• Participate in suppliers’ audits;
• Conduct risk assessment as part of the quality management system;
• Organize, conduct and document tasting analyses of the products;
• Identify and manage risks associated with projects, overseeing project tracking and performance evaluation;
• Plan, organize and monitor the process of managing laboratory analyses of the products;
• Monitor and document the certification status of suppliers in accordance with the company’s requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management and food safety;
• Excellent problem solving skills with ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing business priorities;
• Fluency in MS Office and D365;
• Good language skills in English (German will be considered as an advantage);
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, teamwork, commitment, and responsibility in task execution;
• Goal-oriented person, who can influence the audience;
• Active driver.
