We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance function within our food manufacturing facility. This is a strategic role responsible for maintaining product consistency, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, overseeing new product development processes, and continuously improving the company's quality systems in line with international standards.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance function within our food manufacturing facility. This is a strategic role responsible for maintaining product consistency, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, overseeing new product development processes, and continuously improving the company's quality systems in line with international standards.
Position related tasks: Quality System Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS), in compliance with standards such as HACCP, IFS, HALAL, and others.
- Create and update internal procedures, testing protocols, classification documentation, and monitoring programs.
- Ensure full traceability and documentation of product changes, new launches, and quality specifications.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure readiness for certification.
Quality Control
- Oversee incoming, in process, and final product control through established methods and procedures.
- Establish and improve recipe accuracy and raw material conformity through documented control measures.
- Monitor and analyze quality indicators, propose corrective and preventive actions when deviations are identified.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure product and process compliance with local legislation and international food laws.
- Maintain current and accurate product labels, declarations, and technical documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company during inspections.
People Management
- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team; support team members with knowledge transfer and professional growth.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Risk and Issue Management
- Investigate internal quality issues and customer complaints.
- Initiate root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution.
Position Requirements:
- University degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Industrial Management are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food production or food processing.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role, with proven success in team and process leadership.
- Hands-on experience in QMS/FSMS implementation, internal auditing, and customer complaint handling.
- Involvement in product development or innovation projects is a strong advantage.
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken) .
- Excellent computer literacy – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with ERP or QA software.
