Quality Manager.

Main responsibilities:
- Leverages the quality mindset of the organization;
- Takes the lead in designing, sourcing and building company's Quality Management Systems;
- Consequently, leads the utilization, management and maintenance of company’s Quality systems to monitor and analyze quality performance metrics;
- Drives the implementation of Quality standard systems: Deviations/ Corrective Actions/ Change Control/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) approach and management;
- Develops and implements QA strategies to ensure compliance with company’s standards/ procedures;
- Supports the establishment of the direct link between Employee Modules, Training System and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Management modules in the company;
- Leads the monitoring of quality process compliance status with evaluation and support corrective actions. Supports argumentation on process tailoring;
- Oversees quality assurance activities to guarantee product/ process integrity and consistency;
- Collaborates with operations’ teams to address quality-related issues and proactively guiding on the approach and supporting the governance of resolutions;
- Conducts regular training sessions to elevate the team’s understanding of quality approach;
- Supports the identification of opportunities for quality improvement and leads initiatives to enhance processes, systems, and quality output on a company level;
- Leads the analysis of quality data, generation of reports, and drives the quality approach built up of corrective and preventive actions with teams.
Candidate Profile for Quality Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field;
- Expertise in Quality Management System implementation;
- Professional experience in Quality Management/ Quality Assurance in manufacturing companies, with a proven track record in leading Quality Systems’ implementations and initial quality system built up and governance;
- Profound knowledge and application of Quality standards, methods, and tools;
- Relevant experience of min 5 years in the field of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems Software Quality will be considered an advantage;
- Proficient in office applications (databases, workflow tools, MS Office);
- Strong skills in guiding teams how to document processes and work instructions;
- Possesses analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership, team-building and change management skills;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to manage a multiregional team in a hybrid model (on-site and remotely);
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, willing to take initiative and able to adapt to change.
