For one of our clients – a leading tech company in the gaming sector, offering more than 25 years of exceptional experience worldwide, we are on a lookout for а QA Executive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance QA processes to ensure all CRM campaigns and creatives meet the

highest quality standards;

• Conduct thorough testing of backend functionality and front-end user flows to guarantee a

seamless player experience;

• Ensure all promotions and creatives comply with relevant legal standards and responsible

gambling policies;

• Document, report, and track defects or issues clearly, providing actionable insights to

relevant teams;

• Collaborate closely with CRM, technical, product, and customer service teams to ensure

smooth project execution;

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and contribute to training activities;
• Keep website and communication content accurate and up-to-date, while updating

stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements:

• Experience in a CRM or quality assurance role within the betting and gaming industry;
• Knowledge of both sportsbook and casino operations is highly desirable;
• Strong understanding of online gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions;
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to work;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve

issues efficiently;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present

findings to all levels of an organization;

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing automation

tools such as Optimove is a plus.
