Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities
- Purchase all the necessary products and spares parts from the main suppliers of the company;
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels;
- Track and optimize orders, movement of goods and transport from suppliers to the warehouse;
- Manage the article master data records;
- Prepare all necessary documentation and information related to the import;
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing;
- Communication with internal and external parties on a daily basis;
- Process requisitions and update management on status of orders;
- Analyze demand trends and supporting senior management in forecasting;
- Prepare regular reports and analyses.
- Experience with technical products is a big advantage;
- Very good command of English (written and verbal);
- A team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Positive attitude and adaptability;
- High level of responsibility and accountability;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office, ERP.
