Purchasing and Supply Specialist, Purchase Department

Job description and Main responsibilities:

• Participates in the initial selection, approval and ongoing monitoring of the company's suppliers / Bulgarian and foreign /
• Prepares inquiries to suppliers for the new once and existing projects
• Negotiates with suppliers to achieve the best trade and financial conditions, maintain vendor relationship and database
• Provides effective and proactive regular communication with suppliers
• Management of the processes of purchasing a wide range of materials through established procedures and ERP systems
• Prepares, analyzes, and tracks purchase orders for materials according to the approved production plan
• Provides confirmations of purchase orders, tracks open and overdue orders on a daily basis.
• Monitoring end to end order in daily bases
• Ensures compliance with procedures and improvements
• Works actively with all departments of the company - Sales, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Production and Quality.
• Carries out control and makes decisions in case of complaints

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in purchasing and supply chain management
• Advanced computer skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook)
• English - written and spoken
• Very good communication skills
• Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving skills
• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree.
• Experience in working with ERP system
• Personal qualities:
